Mr. Vijay Tewar, the founder patriarch of VNT-VAD, was enrolled as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 1987 and has an experience of 30 years in almost every facet of the accounting, auditing and consulting profession. Membership of the Bar Council of India has just added a feather on his cap enabling him to act as a representative during arbitrations.

He is an ardent finance professional who is well versed in tax laws, commercial laws, company law, accounting and auditing standards, management consultancy, information system consulting, mergers and acquisitions, risk management, representative offices etc. and providing services to the wide spectrum of clientele of the firm.

Presently Mr. Vijay Tewar, involves himself in administering the strategies of the firm, while observing young professionals, carrying out peer reviews for the firm’s assignments and other areas. He also guides, motivates and inspires the professionals to work efficiently and enthusiastically.  

Mr. Vijay Tewar has been certified by the Indian Standard Organization (ISO 9001-2008) for his excellence in Audit and Certification services – one of the very few Chartered Accountants in Gujarat. He has also chosen by the Peer Review Board of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) as a Reviwer, whereby he is entitled to review the Audit and Assurance services of other fellow chartered accountants.

Mrs. Usha Pawar, qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the year 1997, and started her professional career . She is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) having an experience of 20 years and plays a major role in VNT-VAD keeping alive the spirit and objective of our firm.

Her forte lies in direct as well as indirect taxation, valuations, corporate law, financial modeling, business consultancy, system implementation etc. She has effectively handled business restructuring and start up ventures in competitive business environments. She is stationed at our Vadodara office.

Mrs. Pawar believes that there is no shortcut to success and practices the same. She is strict when a leader and jovial when an educator, these are her fundas for creating a lively and ever motivating environment at work.

Mr. Bhupendrakumar Shah is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He was a part of the top management of a company of Dairy Industry and has a 15 years rich experience therein. In the later part of his career he served the State Electricity Board as the head of the Accounts and Finance team and has a profound experience of the Power Sector for nearly two decades.

He has handled diverse assignments starting from setting up new businesses to corporate compliance, fund procurement and management, budgeting, and other finance related functions during his tenure.

Mr. Shah plays a very vital role in VNT-VAD by handling end to end execution of various financial management assignments, Audits of Power Sector companies, Statutory Compliances , Policy decisions and many more.

Mr. Shah has a bird’s-eye view. His approach and opinions has added an unmatchable value to VNT-VAD. He is also a regular contributor of articles published in various Finance Journals.

Mr. Thanki qualified the Subordinate Accounts Services (Indian Audit & Accounts Department- Comptroller & Auditor General of India (C&AG) in 1982. Post qualification he served the Indian Accounts & Audit Department under the office of Accountant General of Gujarat – Rajkot for 23 years as the head of Accounts Department. In the latter part of his career he joined the Gujarat Electricity board and has a remarkable service experience of 15 years as the Chief Finance Manager (CFM).

During his work tenure he has handled assignments relating to finance management, fund raising, budgeting and forecasting, financial analysis, turnaround strategies and much more.

Mr. Thanki heads the Internal Audit department of VNT-VAD and educates our professionals with his intense knowledge of Accounts of Government Companies especially Power Sector. He also takes lectures on Account & Management at the State Electricity Board and updates the youth about the impact of Government policies on day to day working of the company.

Mr. Thanki is a very religious person and devotes a lot of his time in charity and other religious activities.

Aayush joined the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India as an Associate member in 2013. He has a meritorious career and holds ranks in almost all CA and Law exams.

He looks after matters relating to income tax and has expert knowledge on domestic and international taxation, with specialization in Transfer Pricing. He has been delivering lectures on the topics relating to International Tax and Transfer Pricing at various seminars and conferences.

He has a broad vision and aims taking Indian Industries to International market such that they grab all businesses and become leaders in all requirements of the world. He is based at Vadodara office and handles banking and insurance sector clients.

Aayush is extremely social. He keeps devoting time in social activities that benefit the youth of the country. Education and social upliftment of backword classes has always remained his focus. Aayush is also a part of various renowned NGOs and keeps funding their social causes. He has also been a part of the student exchange forum during his school and college days.

Ajesh got associated with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 2013. He has been a part of VNT-VAD right from his first step in the CA curriculum.

Ajesh leads the Indirect Taxation Team covering Customs, Central Excise, Service Tax, VAT, CST, and now all combined as GST. Ajesh has attended all the seminars on GST and has attained profound knowledge of the subject. Ajesh also has a rich experience of handling assignments covering statutory audits, tax audits, service tax and VAT audits for corporate as well as non corporate assesses.

Ajesh also has a great insight on Planning and Team Building. He has received various awards at University level for this. He has also organized various seminars on Planning and has taken lectures at some of the very well known CA coaching institutes for motivating the CA students on how to exactly achieve their goals.
